Our shipment to the United Arab Emirates departed from Busan just before the outbreak of the war.
At the time of departure, everything was proceeding as planned.
The vessel was expected to follow its usual route and arrive on schedule, just like any other shipment.
However, the situation changed rapidly.

This is the first time we have seen the term “PORT SKIP.”
We were finally able to get in touch with the forwarder on the UAE side and received an update on the current situation.
It seems that every available port for shelter is already congested with vessels, leaving ships unable to dock and drifting at sea.
In addition, we have currently lost contact with our local buyers.
Right after the outbreak of the war, we were able to confirm that they were safe, but since then, we have not been able to reach them.
For now, all we can do is hope that the situation stabilizes as soon as possible,
and wait for the day when everything returns to normal.
